STEPHEN MINISTRY
At Crystal Cove, we want to make sure everyone in our church feels completely cared for and encouraged, and Stephen Ministry is a great resource to make sure it’s happening. Stephen Ministry is a nationwide ministry used in our church to equip everyday people to provide distinctively Christian one-on-one care to hurting people in our congregation and community. Stephen Ministers receive extensive training and participate in regular support and supervision under the guidance of trained Stephen Leaders. Once they are trained, a Stephen Minister is able to provide one-on-one Christian care to anyone going through bereavement, hospitalization, illness, separation, divorce, unemployment, or any other crisis or life challenge.
